CAMP OVERVIEW

See the World  to Change How You Negotiate It.

Most people spend their careers avoiding negotiation. They accept the first offer, soften every request, and walk away from conversations feeling like they left something on the table. Not because they lack intelligence, but because nobody ever taught them how influence actually works.

This programme takes you to Kuala Lumpur, one of Asia’s most vibrant multicultural trading cities, where Malay, Chinese, and Indian business cultures intersect every single day, and gives you six days to completely change how you communicate, persuade, and negotiate.

The cohort is small. The simulations are real. And the city itself, a living crossroads of cultures and commerce, makes every lesson about cross-cultural influence feel immediate and alive.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

You will recognize yourself in at least one of these.

You want to walk into any negotiation knowing exactly what you are doing

Salary conversations, client pitches, deal-making, partnership terms. You want the frameworks, the language, and the practised confidence to get to outcomes you are actually happy with.

You want to understand how decisions are actually made, what moves people, and how to communicate in a way that lands, across cultures, across hierarchies, across contexts.

The conversations that need to happen but rarely do. Conflict, pushback, competing interests. You want a framework for navigating all of it with clarity and without it getting personal.

A new role, a new market, a career change. You want the ability to tell your story in a way that convinces people who do not yet know what you can do.

If you are between 25 and 40 and your work involves convincing, leading, selling, or negotiating — this programme was built for you.

WHY Kuala Lumpur?

The world’s best negotiation training ground.

Three business cultures in one city Malay, Chinese, and Indian commercial traditions operate side by side in KL every single day, each with its own logic, its own communication style, and its own rules around trust and agreement. Learning to read and adapt to those differences is not a classroom exercise here. It is the city itself.

A trading city with 600 years of commercial history Kuala Lumpur grew from a tin-mining settlement into one of Southeast Asia’s most important financial centres. The instinct for deal-making is embedded in how this city works. You feel it in the markets, the business districts, and the conversations.

Affordable, warm, and visa free No visa process for Jordanian passport holders. Flights are accessible. The city is warm in winter, affordable without feeling cheap, and genuinely easy to navigate. The logistics stay out of the way of the learning.

THE COURSE

The Art of Influence and Negotiation, the science of getting to yes.

This is not a traditional course. Every session is task-based, built around real activities, live simulations, and assignments that use Kuala Lumpur itself as the classroom. You will not sit and listen. You will go out, apply, and come back with something real.

THE CITY

Kuala Lumpur Does Not Have One Identity. It Has Several. And That Is Exactly the Point.

The Petronas Towers rise above a city that is simultaneously a traditional Malay capital, a Chinese commercial hub, a South Asian cultural centre, and a modern Southeast Asian metropolis. The food alone, nasi lemak at dawn, dim sum at noon, roti canai at midnight, tells you everything about how this city works.

Must-See in Kuala Lumpur
  • Bukit Bintang and the city centre on foot — KL is more walkable than it looks. The elevated walkways connect the malls, towers, and street markets in a way that makes the city feel navigable and alive.
  • KLCC Park and the Petronas Tower walk — a green lung at the base of the most recognizable skyline in Southeast Asia. Early morning running with the towers above you is one of the better ways to start a day in this city.
  • Petaling Street — Chinatown — the oldest commercial district in KL, where the field negotiation exercise takes place. A market that has been operating since the 1880s, where bargaining is not optional.
  • Batu Caves — a series of limestone caves and Hindu temples built into the hills north of the city. One of the most visually striking places in Malaysia and completely unlike anything else on the programme.
  • Merdeka Square and the colonial quarter — the heart of old KL — the cricket pitch where independence was declared, surrounded by Moorish colonial architecture that tells the story of how this city came to be.
  • Islamic Arts Museum — one of the finest collections of Islamic art and architecture in Asia, housed in a building that is itself worth the visit.
  • Jalan Alor street food — the most famous food street in KL. Every cuisine, every budget, every hour. The kind of evening that starts with one dish and ends three hours later.
  • Bangsar and TTDI — the neighbourhoods where KL’s creative and professional class spend their evenings. Independent restaurants, and the city at a slightly slower pace.
