CAMP OVERVIEW

Most courses give you a framework and send you home. This one takes you to Barcelona, the city where design is not a department, it is a worldview. Gaudí didn’t just build buildings. He solved human problems through form. The 22@ Innovation District doesn’t just host startups. It is a live experiment in what creativity at scale looks like.

Six days of hands-on design thinking and creative leadership, built around the IDEO framework used by Apple, Airbnb, and the world’s leading innovators. Not in a classroom. In workshops, design sprints, and applied sessions inside one of the most visually alive cities in Europe.

By the time you leave, you will have already used what you learned, on real problems, in real settings, alongside people who will challenge how you think.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

You will recognize yourself in at least one of these.

You want to solve problems in ways nobody else is thinking of

You are not short of intelligence or effort. You want a different entry point, one that starts with people, not assumptions, and produces solutions that actually land.

Whether you are managing a team, running a project, or trying to get people aligned around an idea, you want to facilitate creative thinking in a way that moves things forward.

You have concepts that never quite make it off the page. This programme gives you the tools to prototype, test, and iterate before investing months in the wrong direction.

Deadlines, briefs, competing priorities. You want the kind of creative confidence that does not disappear when the stakes are high and the time is short.

If you are between 20 and 40 and your work involves solving problems, building things, or convincing people,  this programme was built for you.

WHY BARCELONA?

Europe’s design capital Barcelona didn’t just happen to look like this, every corner was decided. From Gaudí’s unfinished cathedral to the tile patterns on the pavements, this city treats design as the highest form of problem solving.

Where creativity has a neighbourhood The Gothic Quarter, El Born, the 22@ District, each part of the city has its own energy and its own creative identity. Barcelona doesn’t put art in museums and leave the streets plain. It puts it everywhere.

A city that makes you want to make things There is something about Barcelona that gets to people. The light, the pace, the Mediterranean at the end of every boulevard. You arrive as a participant and leave feeling like a creative person, whether or not you thought of yourself that way before.

Barcelona is one of the most visually and creatively alive cities in the world, a place where design shows up in the architecture, the streets, and the way people live. It is not a backdrop. It is the lesson.

The Gothic Quarter, layers of Roman and medieval stone in streets narrow enough to touch both walls. The Picasso Museum tucked into a medieval palace in El Born.

La Barceloneta and the beach — yes, even in winter.
