Payment Terms:
All payments are due immediately upon receipt of the invoice. Invoices are
typically issued at the time of purchase or service completion. Payments must be
processed prior to the provision of services or products.
Payment Disputes:
If you believe there is an error on your invoice, please notify us within 5
business days of receipt to allow us to investigate and resolve the issue. We are
committed to addressing any payment disputes promptly and fairly.
Currency:
All transactions are conducted in U.S. Dollars (USD), as stated on our website
and mobile application www.arabia.org. For in-person payments at our
branches, cash payments may be made in the branch’s local currency, based on
the current exchange rate between the U.S. Dollar and the local currency.
Taxes:
All applicable taxes and fees will be added to the invoice, in accordance with the
tax laws of the client’s country of residence or IP address at the time of
transaction.
Refund Policy
1. Refund Eligibility:
Refunds will be issued in accordance with the terms outlined in this policy.
Eligibility for a refund may vary depending on the type of product or service
purchased. Specific criteria for different categories are provided below.
2. Physical Product Refunds:
EIGHT HUNDRED SAT Center does not offer refunds on physical products,
including hard copy practice books.
3. Digital Product Refunds:
Digital products, such as software, study guides, and digital practice books, are
non-refundable once purchased. If you encounter any issues with a digital
product, please contact our customer support team via the LIVE CHAT feature
on the EIGHT HUNDRED SAT Mobile App for assistance.
Please note that purchased study guides and practice books must be used within
one year of purchase. Repurchase of products is permitted after the expiration
period.
4. Service Refunds:
EIGHT HUNDRED SAT Center offers a satisfaction guarantee for group
courses, valid for up to 2 classes from date of course purchase. To be eligible
for a refund for group courses, the following conditions must be met:
● A written request for withdrawal must be submitted within 2 classes of the
group course START DATE at the latest.
● A fixed fee of $50 for the 2 classes attended will be deducted from the
course total, excluding taxes.
Refunds for private or one-to-one classes are not offered.

5. Membership Refunds (AP All Module Payments):
Refunds for membership services follow the same conditions as group course
refunds.
● A written request for a refund must be submitted within 2 classes of the
group course START DATE at the latest.
● If you do not notify the admissions team of your withdrawal within this
period, the course you are currently enrolled in (e.g., Green) will be
considered as completed. The remaining modules (Orange, Gray, and
Purple) can be credited towards other courses or private classes and added
to your mobile app wallet.
6. Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 15 to 30 working days of approval. Please note
that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary
depending on your payment provider.
7. EIGHT HUNDRED ARABIA Trips
If a student is unable to attend the trip due to visa issues or any other unforeseen
circumstances, 50% of the trip cost will be deducted. The remaining amount will
be refunded, the deducted amount is to cover any fees for pre-booked
accommodations, tickets, and events. This deduction is necessary to cover the
costs of non-refundable arrangements made prior to the trip.

Changes to Payment & Refund Policy

payment policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon
posting on our website or upon notification through the mobile app. By engaging
in a transaction with EIGHT HUNDRED SAT Center, you acknowledge and
agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this payment policy.

CHAT on the 800 SAT Mobile app for assistance.
Purchased Study guides and practice books expire within 16 weeks and must be used during this
period. (repurchase of the product is allowed)
4. Service Refunds:
800 SAT Center offers a 2 class satisfaction guarantee for services.
To be eligible for a service refund, the following conditions must be met:
A written request for a refund must be submitted within 2 classes of group course START DATE by latest.
Fixed price deduction of 50 USD on the 2 classes attended is applicable and deducted from the
course total price before tax.
Refunds for services will be provided at the sole discretion of 800 SAT Center. We reserve the right to
assess each request on a case-by-case basis.
800 SAT Center offers no refund on private & one to one classes.
5. Membership Refunds:
AP All Module Payments are handled differently:
To be eligible for a service refund, the following conditions must be met:
A written request for a refund must be submitted within 2 classes of group course START DATE by latest
If you fail to inform the admissions team to officially withdraw you after 2 classes of group course start
date by latest – the course you are currently in (Example, Green) will be counted as taken, as for the
remaining modules (orange, gray & purple) can be recollected as CREDIT to be used in other courses or
private classes (can be added to the mobile app wallet).

Refunds will be processed within 15-30 days of approval.
