Payment Terms:
All payments are due immediately upon receipt of the invoice. Invoices are typically issued at the time of purchase or service completion. Payments must be processed prior to the provision of services or products.

Currency:
All transactions are conducted in U.S. Dollars (USD), as stated on our website and mobile application www.800arabia.org. For in-person payments at our branches, cash payments may be made in the branch’s local currency, based on the current exchange rate between the U.S. Dollar and the local currency.
Taxes:
All applicable taxes and fees will be added to the invoice, in accordance with the tax laws of the client’s country of residence or IP address at the time of transaction.
Refund Policy
1. Refund Eligibility:
Refunds will be issued in accordance with the terms outlined in this policy. Eligibility for a refund may vary depending on the type of product or service purchased. Specific criteria for different categories are provided below.
2. Service Refunds:
EIGHT HUNDRED ARABIA offers a satisfaction guarantee for group courses, valid for up to 2 classes from the date of course purchase. To be eligible for a refund for group courses, the following conditions must be met:
- A written request for withdrawal must be submitted within 2 classes of the group course START DATE at the latest.
- A fixed fee of $50 for the 2 classes attended will be deducted from the course total, excluding taxes.
Refunds for private or one-to-one classes are not offered.
3. Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 15 to 30 working days of approval. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

the need for trip cancellations. Our refund policy is designed to balance flexibility for participants
